At Pinestraw Gulfcoast, we do not offer refunds for pine straw that has been picked up, delivered, or installed. We appreciate your understanding.
Quality Assurance
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with the quality of the pine straw you received, we will gladly exchange the rolls until you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Please contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange.
Estimate Accuracy
The number of rolls quoted in our estimates is an approximation. The final charge will be based on the actual number of rolls installed during the service, which may vary from the initial estimate.
Billing Adjustments
Once the installation is completed, the final bill will be adjusted to reflect the actual number of rolls installed. We strive to ensure transparency and accuracy in our billing process to maintain the highest level of trust with our customers.
